VIDEO: Government takes delivery of the 275 ambulances for distribution to each constituency

The Government has unveiled 275 Mercedes Benz Ambulances which will be distributed to all constituencies in the country.

The Ambulances which were unveiled at the Silver Star Auto Limited are fitted with modern equipment and built to suit Ghana’s terrain.

The provision of the Ambulances in fulfillment of the President’s December 2018 promise to provide Ambulances to all the 275 constituencies to solve the ambulance deficit in Ghana’s health sector.

Nana Akufo-Addo promised to give every constituency an ambulance in the early part of 2019.

Ghana currently has some 55 Ambulances serving the estimated 30 million population.
