These are the businesses owned by Rapper Jay-Z

Shawn Corey Carter, known professionally as Jay-Z, the legendary rapper, and businessman has been making headlines recently with the success of his business empire. From music to fashion and everything in between, Jay-Z’s diverse portfolio of investments has solidified his place as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world.

One of Jay-Z’s most notable business ventures is his ownership of the champagne brand, Ace of Spades. In 2019, he made headlines when he purchased the brand from its original owner, Sovereign Brands, for an undisclosed sum. Since then, Ace of Spades has become a staple in the luxury champagne market, with bottles often seen at high-end events and in the hands of A-list celebrities.

Jay-Z’s other notable business ventures include his music streaming service, Tidal, which he purchased in 2015 and has since turned into a leading player in the music industry. He also co-owns the 40/40 Club sports bar chain, which has locations in New York City and Atlanta.

But perhaps Jay-Z’s most significant business venture to date is his partnership with luxury fashion brand, LVMH. In 2019, LVMH announced that they had acquired a 50% stake in Jay-Z’s fashion brand, Rocawear, which he co-founded in 1999. The deal was a significant milestone for Jay-Z, who had previously sold Rocawear for $204 million in 2007 before buying back the company in 2016.

With his diverse portfolio of businesses, Jay-Z has cemented his status as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. He has also become an inspiration to many, especially in the Black community, for his ability to create and maintain such a powerful and lucrative business empire.

As Jay-Z continues to expand his business portfolio, the world will undoubtedly be watching to see what he does next. With his business acumen and natural charisma, it’s clear that Jay-Z is a force to be reckoned with, both on and off the stage.
