Sarkodie’s manager ‘punches’ Shatta Wale for calling Sarkodie a poor artist

Sarkodie’s manager, Angel Town has reacted to Shatta Wale’s claim that Sarkodie is a very poor artist now but hides it because they feel shy to let people know.

Shatta Wale who is still on tour to promote his ‘Reign’ album, in an interview with Luv Fm in Kumasi posited that most of the Ghanaian artiste is having so much ego in them which is not allowing them to see the business side of the music; something they can never ignore.

He revealed that Kwaw Kese and Sarkodie are among the artists that are very poor which they are not willing to admit publicly.

“I am talking about the problem that it is in the music industry that they know it’s a problem which they don’t want people to know, because when people know that right now Kwaw Kese is very poor, Sarkodie is poor…,” he said.

Sarkodie’s manager, Angel Town who feels that Shatta Wale is verbally attacking Sarkodie and other artists just to promote his album has asked him to just ask for help rather than making unnecessary rants and riding on cheap hype.

“I have seen him (Shatta Wale) attacking a lot of artistes perhaps to promote his album, even to the extent of taking it out on Sarkodie recently, yeah, but I think asking all these guys to help you and putting them together on a tour is the way to go, not fighting over kingship titles,” he said in an interview with TV XYZ.
