In his interview, Mr. Nana Akwasi also accused the NPP Chairman in the Ashanti Region Bernard Antwi Boasiako alias Chairman Wontumi of planning to sack NDC polling agents from the various polling stations adding that he (Nana Akwasi) called the regional Police Commander on the matter but nothing has been done since.

“We the NDC shall protect ourselves not with guns. What I tell our party supporters is that after voting, we must stay at polling stations to protect our polling agents. We shall video every little incident with our cameras and phones till the ballots are counted”, Nana Akwasi stressed.

Speaking on the category of people the party intends to use on the voting day as polling agents, Nana Akwasi revealed, “we are using lawyers, we are using professionals and we are using our secretaries so nobody should think of bribing our people”.
