NDC has more intelligent people than ‘loud’ NPP – John Dumelo

NDC has more intelligent people than ‘loud’ NPP: John Dumelo who was reported to have said that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) does not believe in intellectuals has made a sudden u-turn with the claim there are more intellectuals in the party than the NPP.

According to the Ayawaso West Wuogon Parliamentary Candidate, what he said earlier was twisted and taken out of context for political purposes by some elements of the governing NPP.

“The people on the other side took my bottom-up approach comment out of context and just for politics. I’ve never said NDC does not believe in intellectuals. As a matter of fact, the NDC has more intellectuals as compared to the NPP.”

He said regardless of the fact that the NDC has more intellectuals in its fold, the party in terms of its policy formulation involves every individual regardless of your academic standing and social class.

John Dumelo said he is ready for everything that politics brings, he is ready for criticism because as a leader, criticism is part of the game.

To him, disregarding criticisms will not make you a better leader so since he’s ready to lead, he is ready for criticisms.
