Naa Ashorkor joins Asaase Radio; set to host two shows

Naa Ashorkor joins Asaase Radio: Actress and Radio personality, Naa Ashorkor Mensah Doku has joined Accra-based Asaase Radio.

The broadcaster who recently told the world that she had been sacked from Multimedia Group is set to begin a new phase in her broadcasting career at the entirely new radio station.

Naa Ashorkor will be hosting two shows on the station which are “Between Hours” and “Just Us”.

Between Hours’ is a music radio show interspersed with live listener interactions, games, sing-along sessions and according to her, it is meant to put the target audiences at ease whilst ensuring they are prepped up for the rest of the day’s work.

“Just Us,” is also an all-girls talk show which she will be presenting every Wednesday.

Naa who spoke Graphic Showbiz in an interview confirming the move said “I have come to accept that God always has bigger plans for us and that was why I publicly announced it when my contract was terminated at Multimedia. I believe that my new job is another chance from God to positively use my talent to influence society”.
