My Vote For Akufo-Addo Is “Guaranteed” – Kweku Baako

My Vote For Akufo-Addo Is “Guaranteed”: He is a member of the Convention People’s Party but also a sympathizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party.

It is a known fact that he voted for President Akufo-Addo in 2016.

“I’m CPP by birth, and by experience, by everything and I wish the CPP comes back to life but it’s about the strategy . . . my strategy is to focus on parliamentary elections, grow the party in the constituencies, get a certain voice in a multi-party parliament and then move from there step by step . . . ,” he explained the reasons why he votes for the NPP, adding that until the party comes around that the strategy he recommends is a correct one “he will work from behind the scenes”.

This year’s election will not be an exception.

Renowned Journalist and the Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako speaking in a panel discussion on Peace FM’s morning show ‘Kokrokoo’ said his vote for Akufo-Addo is “guaranteed”.

” . . Apart from General Erskine who got my vote because I was an officeholder . . . beyond that I’ve always voted for the NPP Flagbearer, that’s a fact,” he said.
