More Ghanaians are testing positive but no test kits – John Dumelo laments

Actor and Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso West Constituency on the ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dumelo has called on the government to increase its testing capacity.

According to him, there are several numbers of people with the virus and increasing the number of test kits will help the country identify them.

He said “The gov shld as a matter of urgency get more test kits and Increase d capacity of facilities doing d actual testing. Cases are Increasing in bits because our testing capacity is small.

Increase d testing capacity & u will realize we actually have more cases than being reported”.

Some parts of Ghana is currently under lockdown and have recorded 214 positive cases with the death toll still standing at five.
