“I know you know Ghanaians are suffering” – Yvonne Nelson to Nana Akufo-Addo

Ghanaians “are suffering”, actress Yvonne Nelson has told President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

According to the multiple-award-winning actress, “Ghanaians no dey see top” – to wit, Ghanaians are facing hardship.

Ms. Nelson said these in a tweet.

Last year, Ms. Nelson asked Nana Akufo-Addo to make himself available to the ordinary Ghanaian so he could be asked questions in a town-hall setting.

“Mr President, when are Ghanaians getting a Q&A session/time with you? Not journalists, or media personalities, I’m talking about (students, carpenters, drivers, doctors, waakye sellers, tailors, hairdressers, mothers. etc) we have a lot of questions,” Yvonne tweeted.

She received no response from the President nor any government official though or maybe she’s yet to receive one..
